Marketplace agent subscriptions and pricing

Marketplace agents are purchased through the AWS Marketplace and billed according to the pricing model established by the partner that provides the agent.

How Marketplace agent subscriptions work

Each Marketplace agent requires a separate subscription through the AWS Marketplace.

After a Marketplace agent is purchased and associated with your Sage Intacct company, admins can:

  • Enable the Marketplace agent.

  • Assign the Marketplace agent to roles.

  • Make the Marketplace agent available to users in Sage Copilot.

The availability of a Marketplace agent depends on an active subscription, activation status, role assignment, and required permissions.

Understand pricing tiers

Marketplace agent pricing is determined by the partner that develops the Marketplace agent.

Pricing information is available on the Marketplace agent listing and can vary by:

  • Subscription tier

  • Included usage limits

  • Features and capabilities

  • Billing period

Review the Marketplace agent listing for current pricing information and subscription options.

Understand request-based pricing

Some Marketplace agents use request-based pricing.

A request is counted each time a user submits a prompt to a Marketplace agent in Sage Copilot.

For example:

User action Request count
Submit a prompt to a Marketplace Agent 1 request
Submit a second prompt in the same conversation 1 additional request
Start a new conversation and submit a prompt 1 request

The total number of requests included in a subscription depends on the pricing tier selected during purchase.

View subscription information

Subscription details, and billing information are managed through the AWS Marketplace.

Review the Marketplace agent listing or partner documentation for details such as:

  • Current subscription tier

  • Included usage allowances

  • Available upgrade options

  • Billing terms

  • Usage measurement details

Upgrade a subscription

If your organization requires additional usage or a different pricing tier, update the Marketplace agent subscription through the AWS Marketplace.

After the subscription is updated, the new subscription terms apply according to the provider's billing policies.

Subscription expiration and cancellation

If a Marketplace agent subscription expires, is canceled, or is not renewed, access to the Marketplace agent is removed when the subscription ends.

When access is removed:

  • The Marketplace agent is no longer available in Sage Intacct.

  • Administrators can no longer manage the Marketplace agent.

  • Users can no longer access the Marketplace agent in Sage Copilot.

Multi-company considerations

Marketplace Agent subscriptions can be associated with multiple Intacct companies.

For example, a single subscription can be associated with:

  • Production companies

  • Sandbox companies

  • Additional eligible companies

Usage across associated companies is applied to the same Marketplace agent subscription.

Review your Marketplace agent subscription details to understand how usage is measured and managed.

AI transparency

Marketplace agent responses can include agent attribution, information about how the response was generated, and informational disclaimers from the Marketplace agent provider.

Use the attribution footer in Sage Copilot to identify the agent that generated the response and open the agent profile.
